90-Day Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 90 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective items.

Eligible Reasons for Return
Defective or Incorrect Items
We accept returns or offer free replacements if your order arrives with any of the following issues:
- Damage caused during shipping
- Incorrect item or variant received
- Printing errors (text, placement, or alignment)
- Poor print quality
- Faded, missing, blurry, or pixelated ink
- Misaligned or improperly scaled graphics
- Product received does not match the description or listing
Non-Defective Items
Returns are also accepted for non-defective items, including:
- Size or color selection issues
- Change of mind after delivery
- Fabric feel or thickness not as expected
- Color variation due to screen differences
Please note: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
Replacements & Exchanges
- Free replacements are provided for items that are defective or not as described
- Exchanges for non-defective items (such as size or color changes) are accepted
- Shipping and handling fees may apply for non-defective exchanges
- Refunds are generally not issued for customer selection errors unless the product differs from the order confirmation
Order Cancellations & Modifications
- Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be changed
- Shipped orders must be returned to qualify for a refund or exchange
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider

Coupons, Promotions & Discount Codes
- Promotional codes are not valid on previous or pending orders
- Discounts cannot be combined, transferred, or redeemed for cash
- Promo codes must be applied at checkout to be valid
Important Notes
- Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds
- While refunds may not apply in these cases, we’re always happy to help resolve delivery issues where possible
